ABOUT THE COMPANY

The Company came to us with a vision for an e-commerce portal for luxury boutiques. They previously owned a designer store in a metropolitan city and were keen to shift their base to e-commerce retail. They envisioned a user-friendly portal that went beyond just 'variety of styles' and created an unforgettable shopping experience.

OUR INVOLVEMENT

Already experienced retailers, they came to us with local contacts important to streamline their business idea with reality. However, they lacked contact with investors, without whom moving forward was not an option. They were seeking foreign investors for their e-commerce portal because raising money within the country comes with its set of hassles and funding through foreign direct investment is relatively easier.

As is first with every project we accept, we thoroughly researched the plan to deduce the foreign direct investment availability. We mapped the entry routes and any complications the project may face in the future.

We connected the company with the right foreign investors who wanted to explore the e-commerce potential of India.

CURRENT SCENARIO
  • While the e-commerce portal is still in the development phase, the ideation stage has been completed and executed.
  • The start-up has kick-started with 100 employees and more recruitment is underway.
  • The funding is substantial for the new e-commerce portal to first find its base.
